PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master certified
Arabic speaking and reading its more advantage
Well versed with Waterfall & Agile project methodologies
Proven in conflict management and people management
Ability to drive multiple complex/mid-sized projects in all aspects
Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies between the various projects and teams
Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services
Producing accurate and timely reporting of program/project status throughout its life cycle.
Insurance domain knowledge is a must
Excellent communication skills
Strong leadership and management skills
Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements
Managing the Project/Program’s budget
Willingness for Travel (Long term/short term)
Having Technical knowledge in Oracle/Java/Angular is an additional advantage
IT Project Manager (involved in software project development in SDLC process) with Agile approach
Client engagement is must.
