Job Description

4 to 6 years of experience in Testing Methodologies and Manual Testing Processes. Strong knowledge of Testing Processes and Methodologies – Knowledge of Automation tools (Selenium) is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Test Preparation: Prepare and maintain high-quality test cases/scripts based on business and technical requirements.
  • Test Execution: Perform various tests (functional, regression, integration, UAT) to confirm the stability of web and mobile applications—the ability to test and investigate back-end APIs and services using tools such as Postman.
  • Defect Reporting: Accurately report defects and assist in managing the defect lifecycle.
  • Scrum Participation: Engage in the Scrum process by attending daily stand-ups and other relevant meetings to support software development workflow.
  • Collaboration with clients: Work with customers and cross-functional teams to understand application functionality and testing requirements. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Minimum 3 years of insurance domain testing experience
  • Strong knowledge of Testing Processes and Methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Automation tools (Selenium) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in programming Java language.
  • Good understanding of API testing and tools like Postman.
  • Good working knowledge of agile development processes.
  • Knowledge of Defect management tools like JIRA, test management tools Xray, and Test.
  • Team spirit, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively with customers and clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with excellent proficiency in written English.
