PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master certified. Arabic speaking and reading its more advantage. Well versed with Waterfall & Agile project methodologies

Roles & Responsibilities

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master certified
  • Arabic speaking and reading its more advantage
  • Well versed with Waterfall & Agile project methodologies
  • Proven in conflict management and people management
  • Ability to drive multiple complex/mid-sized projects in all aspects
  • Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies between the various projects and teams
  • Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services
  • Producing accurate and timely reporting of program/project status throughout its life cycle.
  • Insurance domain knowledge is a must
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements
  • Managing the Project/Program’s budget
  • Willingness for Travel (Long term/short term)
  • Having Technical knowledge in Oracle/Java/Angular is an additional advantage
  • IT Project Manager (involved in software project development in SDLC process) with Agile approach
  • Client engagement is must.
  • Java or Oracle Background will be addon (not must)
