Roles & Responsibilities
PMP, PMI-ACP Certified
Proven in conflict management and people management
Well versed with Waterfall & Agile project methodologies
Ability to drive multiple complex/mid-sized projects in all aspects
Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies between the various
projects and teams
Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding
project issues and
decisions on service
Produce accurate and timely reporting of programs/project status throughout its
life cycle
Insurance domain knowledge is a must
Excellent communication is a must
Strong leadership and manangement skills
Managing risk and issues and taking corrective measuresments
Managing Project/Program’s budget
Willingness for travel (Long Term/Short Term)
Having Technical Knowledge Oracle/Java/Angular is an additional advantage
