Develop database architectural strategies at the modeling, design, and implementation stages to address business or industry requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Strong Insurance domain knowledge is a must (HRMS)
  • Develop database architectural strategies at the modeling, design, and implementation stages to address business or industry requirements.
  • Extensive database programming experience in writing Oracle PLSQL Stored procedures, Functions, Triggers, Constraints, and Indexes using various DDL and DML commands.
  • Experience in the design and development of enterprise-grade applications
  • Well versed with Waterfall & Agile project methodologies
  • Ability to lead complex/mid-sized projects in all aspects.
  • Experienced in development & maintenance projects.
  • Ability to support frontend developers (Java)
  • Core/Advanced Java knowledge would be a plus.
  • Experience with aggregating large data sets, specifically within a data warehouse environment
  • Experience in working with complex large-scale source systems and business intelligence technologies.
  • Troubleshooting and correcting issues with existing applications in the data warehouse environment
  • Ability to perform data migration from legacy systems to new systems.
  • Knowledge of Database Administration
  • Ad-hoc business requested data extraction.
  • Database performance analysis and optimization
  • Strong systems analysis, problem-solving, and design skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
